<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a required time learning method and device, a recording medium, and a vehicle operation plan preparing device for preventing the use of any abnormal result values beyond a range allowable as the change of a result value for the correction of the predicted value of a required time. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a storage part 103 for storing information for specifying the allowable range of the change of a result value for updating a predicted value on the basis of a result value and a processing part 102 for obtaining a result value, judging whether the obtained result value is included in the allowable range, updating the predicted value on the basis of the result value when the result value is within the allowable range and not updating the predicted value when the result value is beyond the allowable range.</p> |
