PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely change and renew the layout of living room, plumbing system or the like by bearing a floor by a flat beam to reduce the height of a beam projected under a floor board, eliminating a column inside a dwelling unit or the like and widening a space permitting to be freely used. SOLUTION: A first plane circular frame 4 consisting of a column 4a and a beam 4b is placed at the central part of a floor 1, and a second plane circular frame 5 consisting of a column 5a and a beam 5b is placed at the outside of the first frame 4 at a specific interval. The first frame 4 and second frame 5 are connected with a flat beam 6 and a floor board 7 borne by the flat beam 6.
