PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let an operator to recognize without giving uncomfortable feeling, occurrence of an abnormality in a sensor or the like in a construction machine having an interference protective function to prevent a working maching from colliding with a main body. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an abnormality determining part 34a to judge whether output values of angle detecting devices 18, 19, 20 are abnormal or not, a moving direction determining part 34d to determine a moving direction of a working machine 7, and an alarm determining part 34e to output a starting signal or a stopping signal to an alarm buzzer 33 in accordance with result of the abnormality determining part 34a and the moving direction determining part 34d. When the abnormality determining part 34a determines occurrence of an abnormality in the angle detecting devices 18, 19, 20, the alarm buzzer 33 is started only when the working machine is moving in such a direction as to get closer to a swivel body, while otherwise, start of the alarm buzzer 33 is stopped when the working machine is stopped, or when it is moving in such a direction as to get farther from the rotary body, thereby uncomfortable feeling is not given to an operator.
