PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement treating apparatus for oyster enabling the placement of excrement trapping containers near culturing oysters, capable of trapping excrement directly after excretion and supporting the cleaning of a closed sea area, and at the same time having a simple structure. SOLUTION: Between first hanging materials 3 such as main ropes which are hung underwater at opposing positions with a space between themselves, and second hanging materials 8 such as ropes on which plural oyster-attaching devices 1 are fixed are crossed in horizontal direction plurally having an appropriate space between upper and lower stages. An excrement trapping container 9 for oysters is placed directly below an oyster-attaching device 1 in a space among the plural second hanging materials 8.
