A golf training aid (1), particularly for use in correcting the stance of a golfer, comprising a means for reflecting an image to a golfer adopting a stance for addressing a golf ball (6 and 8). The reflected image indicates the position and alignment of the golfer's shoulders. Typically, the training aid also reflects an image indicative of the golfer's hands, knees, hips and the angle at which the golf club is being held. Preferably, the means used to reflect the golfer's image is marked with reference indicia (7 and 9) at the correct position for addressing a golf ball so that the golfer can assess his position. |
