PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and safety of temporary work, and to permit recycling. SOLUTION: A main line partial bundle 14 manufactured by uniting a partial main line, various partial wiring and various partial piping is fixed on a base 15 to make one unit, and the units are detachably connected to each other in succession. Therefore, workability and safety of temporary work can be improved. And a construction system wiring and piping 10 the base 15 and the main line partial bundle 14 integrated can be carried into another site and recycled.
