PURPOSE: After use of the syringe, the lock for the syringe housing cap is unlocked by a simple action for the tip of the syringe to be hooked on the cap's syringe hooking step. Thereby the back and forth movement of the cap is blocked to prevent the reuse of the injection syringe for disposal. CONSTITUTION: The syringe holder and the movable syringe housing cap are separated for a device to separate the two units from each other or lock together so that when the lock device is unfastened after use the syringe holder and the housing cap separate each other to move the cap to the syringe tip for the syringe to hook the syringe stop to safely house the syringe.
