摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify decision of power interruption and power flow calculation while enhancing the processing performance by defining a node branch model for power interruption deciding function and power flow calculating function while dividing into flats on a facility model. SOLUTION: Buses, generators, switches, branch points, phase modifying facilities, sections, transformers, and neutrals are made to correspond charge/ power interruption nodes JND. A facility G is defined while dividing into flats on the charge/power interruption nodes JND for deciding power interruption and switch branches KBR rows for power flow calculation and power flow branches FBR. In the power interruption deciding function, only switch branches KBR corresponding to switches are provided on a facility model. Consequently, retrieval of electrical connection of adjacent switch branches KBR is simply required at the charge/power interruption node and the power flow calculating function is simply required to perform power flow calculation using a row GY, i.e., a set of facilities having electrical connection to be sectioned. According to the arrangement, processing is simplified and processing performance is enhanced.
