<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To waterproof the connection part of wire to flat cable. SOLUTION: A conductor 12 is exposed from an end of a flat cable 11, a sealing material 14 having elasticity is attached to the circumferential surface of the flat cable in the vicinity of the end, and on the other hand, a core 16 is exposed from an end of a wire 15, a sealing material 18 having elasticity is attached to the circumferential surface of the wire in the vicinity of the end, the core is overlapped on and connected to the conductor 12 in a form butted against each other. The connection part of the conductor 12 to the core 16, and the both attaching parts of the sealing materials of the flat cable 11 and the wire 15 are molded with an insulation resin 30, and the both sealing material 14, 18 having elasticity are tightly fitted to the circumferential surfaces of the flat cable 11 and the wire 15 by compressing them with the insulation resin.</p> |
