PROCESS FOR PRODUCING DRINK CONTAINING CALCIUM AND CHITIN CHITOSAN AND DRINK THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are a process for producing drink containing calcium and chitin chitosan and drink thereof, that are colorless and odorless and can use in water culture of a hydraulic plant and feed-stuff of domestic cattle. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: i) removing salt and impurity of shell of an oyster and a crab, and toasting it at 1,000-1,500°C; ii) crushing the toasted shell to make in powder; iii) dissolving the calcium and the chitin chitosan powder in water; and then iv) adding a fixed neutralizer to the water dissolved the calcium and chitin chitosan.
