METHOD FOR WELDING FACE FLAT BLOCK BUTT PART OF BUILD-UP MATERIAL USING CERAMIC TAB-PIECE

PURPOSE: A method for welding a face flat block butt part of a build-up material using a ceramic tab-piece is provided to simply weld the face flat block butt part of the build-up material using the ceramic tab-piece. CONSTITUTION: A method for welding a face flat block butt part of a build-up material using a ceramic tab-piece includes the steps of connecting a front end of a face flat having a V-shaped groove(3) and a ceramic tab-piece(5) having another V-shaped groove(3) at an end using an attaching jig(6) having a magnet attached and fixed to the face flat and fixation instrument such as a bolt(61) fixing the ceramic tab-piece, welding the V-shaped front end part of the face flat and cutting only a weld bead remaining in the face flat after the welding.
