PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacturing and to assure conductivity in use by filling mesh holes of a mesh comprising an insulating material with metal particles. SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductor is sandwiched between electrodes 12 and 22 provided at a circuit board 10 and an IC chip 14, respectively. In a mesh 40, two conductive particles 32 are placed in the holes. The conductive particles 32 are regulated in lateral movement by the mesh plate-portion 40. Here, the screen mesh 40 may be of a plastic film or flat plate with through holes or may be of plastic texture. Insulation in lateral direction is assured, so metal particles may be substantially used as conductive particles for large current. Further, with each hole filled with an adhesive 34 together with conductive particle, the fluidity of the filler is raised. |
