PURPOSE: A method for preparing super-higher molecular weight polyethylene is provided for accomplishing the formation of the polyethylene at low temperature and reduced pressure by employing the uniformed metal-organic catalyst system. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing super-higher molecular weight polyethylene comprises utilizing the uniformed catalyst system composed of the liquid component containing titanium of Ti(OR)nX4-n (wherein R is C1-C20 alkyl, aryl or aralkyl group; X is halogen element and n is 0-4), the organic aluminum compound of R3Al or R2AlOR (wherein R is C1-C20 alkyl, aryl or aralkyl group), the organic aluminum halide of R3AlX, RAlX2, RAl(OR)X or R3Al3X3 (wherein R is C1-C20 alkyl, aryl or aralkyl group; X is halogen element), the ether base organic compound of R'OR' (wherein R' is C2-C7 alkyl group) and the magnesium component obtained from the reaction of metal-magnesium with the organic aluminum compound and hydrocarbon halide; and polymerizing the ethylene gas in the hydrocarbon solvent at 0-90 deg.C. and under 0.7-3 atm.
