PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make accurate the PH measurement of vagina secretion so as to ensure an early diagnosis and treatment of vacterial vagina desease or waters breakage by providing a sheet-like substrate used for treatment of the discharge from the womb or the like, and attaching a PH measurement reagent to a portion of the substrate where it can be in contact with the skin directly or indirectly. SOLUTION: A sheet exclusively used for treatment of the discharge from the womb is used as a sheet substrate 11. At the center of the surface to be in contact with the skin of a user (upper surface), a member consisting of a PH reagent paper sheet 12 impregnated with phenol purple serving as a PH indicator and a nonwoven cloth sheet 13 covering the sheet 12 is attached to the substrate 11 through a double-surface adhering tape. Since the discharge from the womb comes out of the vagina naturally, it is possible for womens to easily collect and measure a PH value by the use of this PH measurement tool. If the result of measurement is 5 or more, it is determined that there is a bacterial vagina disease, and washing of the vagina with an disinfectant or antibacterial treatment through dosing of antibiolitic vagina chemical tablet can be implemented in its early stages. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent generation of uterine tube inflammation or the like which is common to womens. If the result is PH 7 or higher, it is determined that waters breakage has occurred, and an antibiotic can be given to the body of the women for preventing the infection to an unborne child.
