PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy powder sheet and a method and apparatus for fabricating the same capable of enhancing battery performance by reducing electrical resistance of a negative electrode material and increasing productivity. SOLUTION: Mixture powder composed of hydrogen storage alloy powder 3 and metallic powder 7 is supplied to the surface of a porous core material, followed by mutual jointing by energizing and rolling, thereby fabricating an alloy powder sheet. The alloy powder sheet is provided with a porous conductive metallic foil 8 or a conductive net-like sheet 9, onto which the mixture composed of the alloy powder 3 and the metallic powder 7 is jointed.
