<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strip a covering part off properly and perform twisting for a core part whose covering part has been stripped off to be exposed by an easy means. SOLUTION: This stripping device is provided with a cutter whose facing blade points approach or separate each other and which forms a cut in the covering part of an electric wire W, a cutter holder 2 rotatable around the axial line passing through the electric wire W serving as a virtual axis, and a means of reciprocating a holder 2 in the lengthwise direction of the electric wire W. The facing blade points approach each other to form a cut in the covering part of an electric wire end, in the condition of which, the cutter holder 2 moves in such a direction as to separate from the electric wire W.</p> |
