The instrument includes an electrically insulated casing (12), and several electric connection elements (19), comprising respectively a contact section (18) at one end for contacting complementary contact elements, and a connection section (28) on the other end for connecting to a printed circuit board (22) inserted in a space (21) of the casing. The connecting section is formed by a contact part (31) which comprises the contact section, and a spring part (32) which comprises the connection section. The connection elements are mostly embedded in the casing, except for the contact section and the connection section.
