PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short circuit and abnormal sound from occurring by a spark in a stroboscopic device. SOLUTION: Both the high voltage part and the low voltage part of a printed circuit board 24 are covered with hotmelt insulating material 30. The high voltage part is a negative terminal 28a having the same potential as high voltage being about 300 V stored in a main capacitor 28 and the connection terminal 29a of a conductive plate 29 electrically connecting either electrode of a stroboscopic discharge tube and the circuit pattern 23 of the board 24. The low voltage part is the positive terminal 28a of the capacitor 28. The material 30 is previously formed in size and shape corresponding to the area of the board 24, which should be covered, and placed on the board 24, then it is heated and melted by the blow of hot air. Thereafter, it is solidified by the blow of cool air.
