PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a structural interior panels which has excellent fire retardancy, strength, sound insulating property, heat resistance and prevents environment pollution because of recycling waste resources. CONSTITUTION: The structural interior finish is obtained by a process containing the steps of: fine-cutting 70-85wt.% of waste pulp and 15-30wt.% of waste cotton by using a cutting machine, followed by powdering by using a grinding machine; dissolving 5-10wt.% of antimonial trioxide to 10-20wt.% of acetic acid having 5-10wt.% of water; mixing 10-15wt.% of white carbon, 3-7wt.% of ultrafine particle form anhydrous silica, 10-15wt.% of ethylene vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive and 800-850wt.% of water to make mixed solution, followed by ripening; adding the powdered mixture to the mixed solution, followed by mix-kneading; passing through the 1th compression process and the 1th dry process; penetrating damp proof resin solution; and then passing through the 2th compression process and the 2th dry process, followed by cutting. |
