PURPOSE: A radial tire without a belt cushion and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to reduce the cost by manufacturing a tire of the same function simply without adding the progresses of manufacturing with increasing the size of the needed length a little in manufacturing a side wall. CONSTITUTION: In the radial tire without the belt cushion and the method for manufacturing thereof, a few stages are included. In the first stage, a carcass fly(6) is turned up and the first belt fly(1) is stuck to the center of the carcass fly(6). In the second stage, a side wall(1) is stuck to the turn up side of the carcass fly(6) and an upper part(3a) of the side wall(3) overlaps the end of the first belt fly(1) about 5-10mm. In the third stage, the second belt fly(2) is stuck on the first belt fly(1) and the end of the second belt fly covers some parts of the overlapped part of the side wall(3). In the fourth stage, a tread(7) formed by compression is laid on the second belt fly(2) and the wing strip part of the tread(7) covers the upper part(3a) of the wall(3).
