PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing electrolytic tin plate having superior corrosion resistance and brightness by conducting flux treatment using drag-out solution comprising a specific amount of tin and surfactant. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the electrolytic tin plate comprises the steps of preparing a drag-out solution comprising tin ion 0.01-30g/L, at least one surfactant of 0.01-30g/L selected from α- or β-ethoxylates naphthyl sulfonic acid, α- or β-ethoxylates naphthol; dipping a steel plate in the drag-out solution in the temperature range of 30 to 80deg.C.
