PURPOSE: A steel core reinforced dual wall pipe and method of making the same are provided to offer the steel core reinforced dual wall pipe having light weight, simple construction capability, high resistance against load and impact, superior restoring force, and high strength and tension force owing to strengthening of the bond between stock materials. CONSTITUTION: In a steel core reinforced dual wall pipe and method of making the same, the steel core reinforced dual wall pipe comprises a stock material(2) made from a high strength synthetic resin, of which circumferential periphery constitutes a dual wall structure; steel cores(3) made from steel and formed by being continuously wound around the inner circumferential periphery of the stock material(2) at a predetermined interval; and rectangular shaped through holes(4) continuously wound and formed around the inner circumferential periphery of the stock material(2) so as to arranged between the steel cores(3).
