PURPOSE: A structure of a lower arm mounting bracket is provided to reduce a weight and to increase the strength by partially welding two panels, connecting a lower arm between the two panels and three-point combining with a car body. CONSTITUTION: One face of two panels(21,22) is point-welded(23) lengthwise. Two panels(21,23) are not jointed to each other in holders(24,25). Three combining slots(26,27,28) are jointed each other in the holders(24,25). A lower arm(40) is combined with the holders(24,25) through bolts(45,46). The combining slots(27,28) of a bracket(20) are directly combined with a side sill and a floor member of a car body. The combining slot(26) of the bracket(20) is combined with a stiffener(30) to be protruded in a front side member(32).
