PURPOSE: Treatment method of wasted vinyl is provided wherein the wasted vinyl for agriculture is reproduced as a hume pipe that is buried under the ground so that it figures out a crux in treating the wasted vinyl. CONSTITUTION: The treatment method of the wasted vinyl by producing a hume pipe comprises the steps of: (i) collecting the wasted vinyl and separating stones or extraneous matters in a separator; (ii) pressing the separated vinyl to small-sized mass of vinyl in a compacting machine; (iii) carrying the mass of vinyl and crushing to a small size in a crusher; (iv) heating the crushed vinyl at fixed temperature and melting; and (v) extruding the melt vinyl to mold into the hume pipe with various sizes.
