PURPOSE: A communication connection informing service apparatus of a mobile communication system and a method of the same are provided for informing a communication state to a dialing side when a communication is connected in response to a communication request by a receiver in the case that a dialing side requests a communication. CONSTITUTION: The mobile communication system includes a mobile switching station(107) connected with a public telephone switching network(109) for connecting a wired telephone and a call and a call between the mobile communication terminals, a plurality of base transceiver subsystems(103), and a base station controller(105) connected with the mobile switching station(107) for controlling a plurality of the base stations(103). When the mobile communication terminal(101) inputs a telephone number of the wired telephone(119), the mobile station(101) outputs a transmission message.
