COLD ROLLING OIL FOR ELECTRIC STEEL SHEET AND AN ADDITIVE FOR ROLLING OIL COMPRISED THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cold rolling oil composite for an electric steel sheet and a rolling oil additive added to the same are provided to increase oil attachment effect of the rolling oil and to decrease moisture attachment. CONSTITUTION: A rolling oil additive includes an oil-soluble rust resistant additive of 40 through 60 weight% and a water-soluble rust resistant additive of 40 through 60 weight%. The oil-soluble rust resistant additive comprises a polyalcohol fatty acid ester more than one kind selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon less than carbon number 6. The water-soluble rust resistant additive comprises an organic amine more than one kind selected from the group consisting of organic fatty acid and aliphatic amine more than one kind selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon less than carbon number 12. The polyalcohol fatty acid ester is manufactured by making the polyhydric alcohol substituting hydrogen atom with hydroxyl group (OH) react with the fatty acid of carbon number 16 to 22.
