摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled hybridoma capable of economically separating bovine lactoferrin in high yield and purity from milk, by the cell fusion of the splenolymphocyte of mouse immunized with bovine lactoferrin with the myeloma cell of mouse. CONSTITUTION:The objective monoclonal hybridoma capable of producing antibovine lactoferrin antibody can be prepared by the cell fusion of the splenolymphocyte of mouse immunized with bovine lactoferrin with the myeloma cell of mouse. When the splenolymphocyte separated from the spleen extracted from the mouse 6-7 days after the final immunization with bovine lactoferrin is used as the splenolymphocyte, the productivity of the hybridoma can be maximized. When the mouse myeloma cell used in the above process is fused with the spleen cell of BALB/c mouse, it is preferable to use SP2/0-Ag14 free from the secretion of the k-chain of IgG.</p>
