PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing a vibration of a speaker of a TV is to minimize a vibration transmitted from a speaker through an elastic band to a cabinet and facilely absorb the vibration of the speaker, thereby previously preventing a distortion of an image. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for preventing a vibration of a speaker of a TV comprises a speaker supporting portion(1) having an elastic band(11) inserted into a supporting hole(9) formed at a circumference of a speaker(8), the elastic band having a fixing jaw(12) formed at one side thereof and a fixing protrusion(15) formed at the other side thereof and a guide groove along with a mounting groove(13); and a speaker coupling portion(2) having a fixing boss(7) formed on a cabinet(4) so that the fixing protrusion is inserted therein, and a coupling piece(18) inserted into a coupling hole(17) formed in the fixing boss passing through the elastic band and the fixing protrusion. In the apparatus, the elastic band is integrally formed with a supporting protrusion(10) supported by the supporting hole. A recessed groove(16) is formed in an inner side of the coupling hole, and a protrusion jaw(14) is formed at an outer side of the fixing protrusion corresponding to the recessed groove.
