PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic word selection dictionary preparation system and a medium stored with its program selecting dictionary coordinating the most proper equivalent to a translating object word without requiring the set of examples given a large amount of equivalent texts and optimum equivalents. SOLUTION: An example set generating part 11 extracts an example including a dictionary preparing object word 30 from a translating source language corpus 12 and gathers examples similar to each other to be a partial set to register to an example set DB 13. With respect to each partial set in the DB 13, a feature word extracting part 14 extracts the list of words featuring the set and with respect to the obtained respective partial sets, a word list translating part 15 selects an equivalent most related with the list of the extracted feature word from the equivalents of the word 30 obtained from a parallel translation dictionary 16 to coordinate with the set of a part. |
