PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the overlap of deficiency information written in a differential file to reduce a data quantity and to facilitate an analysis to improve the efficiency of evaluation decision. SOLUTION: Evaluation results obtained by an evaluation object program executing means 1 are stored in a result value file 3. A differential file outputting means 2 compares the result value of an optional evaluation item fetched from the file 3 with an expected value fetched from a preliminarily set expected value file 4 before evaluating an evaluation object program. When there is difference in the comparison, the means 2 prepares differential data obtained by making the expected value and the result value one set and checks whether the differential data exists in a differential file 5. In the case the differential data does not exist, the differential data is written to the file 5. When the differential data exists, the differential data is not written to the file 5.
