PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the silver halide color photographic sensitive material capable of forming a cyan image good in color developing performance and sufficient in color developing density and superior in color reproducibility and background and capable of forming a cyan color image restrained from change of the due to heat and temperature. SOLUTION: This silver halide color photographic sensitive material contains a coupler represented by formula I or II in which each of R1 and R3 is an alkyl or aryl or heterocyclic group; each of-j1-and-j2-is-CO- or SO2-; each of R2 and R4 is a substituent; each of X1 and X2 is an H atom or an atomic group releasable by reaction with the oxidation product of a color developing agent.
