PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sticking of stain to an insulated pipe for circulating cooling water and to prevent corrosion in a high potential side of metal joints in both ends of the insulated pipe, in a water-cooled electric apparatus, such as a water- cooled generator, and fuel cell. SOLUTION: This device connects a storage tank storing cooling water to a water-cooled electric apparatus by an insulated pipe 15 having a metal joint 20 in an end part to supply cooling water to the water-cooled electric apparatus. The metal joint 20 has an insertion part 20C inserted in the insulated pipe 15, and a clearance 22 is formed between at least a tip end part of the insertion part and the insulated pipe.
