PURPOSE: A rotary die board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to integrating a straight cutting blade part with a curved cutting blade part by folding a single metal plate, so that a gap is not generated when operating the rotary die board, thereby improving the durability. CONSTITUTION: A rotary die board for cutting a plate paper for forming a paper box or forming a folding line by compressing the paper with a cutting blade attached to a surface, includes the cutting blade integrally formed with straight blade parts(15a,15b) and curved blade parts(14a-14c) continuously, and a cylindrical supporting part(20) to fix the cutting blade, wherein a plurality of notches are formed at a lower body part of the curved blade parts, so that the curved blade parts are formed by approaching the notches to each other correspondingly to a curved line of the supporting part.
