PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a PDP(Plasma Display Panel) is provided to prevent a panel from being stained with impurity by inhibiting pollution near a discharge pipe. CONSTITUTION: An absorber(110) is coated on the inner circumference of a discharge pipe(100) to absorb impurity in the air, particularly related with pollution of MgO. The discharge pipe(100) having the absorber(110) is mounted on a PDP. The impurity in the air is removed more efficiently by using an additional absorber(111) on the contact between the discharge pipe(100) and the PDP. Then, the edge of the PDP is sealed and the additional absorber(111) is sprayed like powder. The air is discharged out of the PDP when the absorber is coated on the inner circumference of the discharge pipe(100) and the contact between the discharge pipe and the PDP. Finally, discharge gas is injected into the PDP. |
