PURPOSE: A data sender/receiver control apparatus is provided to be capable of preventing an inter-bus cross-talk. CONSTITUTION: An external memory stores an audio bit stream compressed by an MPEG or AC-3 algorithm, and an internal memory(12) stores data necessary for calculation. A digital signal processor(14) receives the audio bit stream stored in the external memory and the data stored in the internal memory and decodes the audio bit stream to generate an original PCM data. An audio output control part(15) outputs the PCM data of the digital signal processor(14) to an external audio digital/analog converter. A cross-talk processing part(16) receives a control signal of the digital signal processor(14) to check a data sender/receiver bus between blocks.
