PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled electrode type battery capable of keeping its manufacturing cost low by employing a simple current collection processing method and excellent in volume efficiency. SOLUTION: In this rolled electrode type battery having an electrode body formed by rolling electrode sheets 10, 20 around a rolling core 50, a current collection processing method wherein electrode composite material layer non- formation parts 12, 23 are formed at a longitudinal direction one end located on the rolling center side of the electrode sheets 10, 20, and the electrode composite material layer non-formation parts 13, 23 are jointed to current collection terminals 51, 52 of the rolling core 50 is employed. |
