PURPOSE: A flat Braun tube having vibration-reducing function is provided to minimize effect by vibration. CONSTITUTION: A flat Braun tube contains a wire settle groove, a rail(24) fixing a shadow mask(30) to a panel, the first/the third damper wires(26a,26c) at lower portion of the shadow mask, and a second damper wire(26b) at upper portion of the shadow mask. Herein, the first/the third damper wires are settled in the wire settle groove. By applying vibration mode to the flat Braun tube, the first/the third damper wires reduce vibration of lower direction in the shadow mask. And, the second damper wire reduces vibration of upper direction. Thus, vibration modes are eliminated by the damper wires.
