The present invention provides a system and method for creating an improved type of investment which significantly alters the risk/reward ratio of traditional types of investments. The present invention uses a data processing system to create, evaluate and manage an investment that safeguards the residual value of the investment, maximizes the taxation advantage of the investment, insures against adverse taxation treatment by taxation authorities, and permits investors to invest in high risk/high yield investments with reduced or no risk of loss of investment capital or risk of illiquidity.
