<p>The invention relates to a home trainer having a main frame (1) with a rotational mechanical system (5) having a support leg (7) for supporting the main frame (1) on the floor and a saddle support (4) for a saddle on which the user can seat when he/she is using the home trainer as a stationary bicycle-like workout apparatus. Said home trainer also includes an additional frame (2) having a support leg (11) for supporting the additional frame (2) on the floor, a connecting part (3) for connecting to the main frame (1) and a seat (14) with a backrest on which the user can seat when he/she is using the home trainer as a stationary reclining bicycle-like workout apparatus. According to the invention, the connecting part (3) of the additional frame (2) is connected to the saddle support (4) of the main frame (1) when the home trainer is used as a stationary reclining bicycle-like workout apparatus and the main frame (1) is inclined in relation to a normal position of the main frame (1) at an angle relative to the support leg (7) of the main frame (1) lying on the floor, whereby the rotational mechanical system (5) is located at a bigger vertical distance relative to the floor as the normal position of the main frame (1) in which the home trainer can be used as a stationary bicycle-like workout apparatus.</p> |
