PROCESS FOR PRODUCING AQUEOUS ADHESIVE

PURPOSE: A process for preparing an aqueous adhesive having fast adhesion strength, excellent adhesion and improved antibacterial property by adding aqueous cellulose in place of an organic solvent to an aqueous adhesive is provided which produces an aqueous adhesive harmless to human body and having excellent adhesion, antibacterial property and water resistance and is environmentally favorable. CONSTITUTION: The process of preparing the aqueous adhesive comprises the steps of preparing a mixture composition by mixing 0.38 to 0.40% by weight of sorbitan trioleate with a mixture of 0.58 to 0.60% by weight of zinc chloride, 1.97 to 1.99% by weight of potassium chloride and 2.96 to 2.98% by weight of zeolite; preparing a powdery adhesive composition by adding 92 to 94% by weight of aqueous cellulose obtained by binding a lower alkyl group or a hydroxy alkyl group and natural cellulose thereto; preparing a mixture solution by adding 80% by weight of water to 8% by weight of the powdery adhesive composition and agitating for 30 min and agitating the obtained mixture solution with 12% by weight of a 37% melamine-formaldehyde resin aqueous solution for 12 min.
