PURPOSE: A system and method for supplying a content are provided for connecting a communication line using a user's communication instrument at a registered time by a user using a content of a switch and automatically transmitting a content through a connected communication line. CONSTITUTION: A switch(100) registers a serial number of a user's portable terminal in accordance with a user's registration request information. A communication request signal is transmitted for connecting a registered number and a communication line at a certain time set by a user. In the case that the communication line is connected, the registered content is transmitted. In the case that the communication line is not connected with the portable terminal(300), the switch(100) stores the content into a voice main box and transmits the message to the portable terminal(300). The portable terminal(300) is connected with a communication line based on a communication request signal transmitted through a relay unit(200).
