<p>A crank angle position detector of an internal combustion engine, wherein a first rotating body interlocked with a crank shaft has a plurality of detected parts in the rotating direction, the detected parts of the first rotating body are installed so that their adjacent intervals are generally equal to each other, a second rotating body interlocked with a cam shaft has a plurality of detected parts in the rotating direction, and the detected parts of the second rotating body are installed so that the sequences of at least two continuous angle intervals in one rotating direction are different from each other, whereby the stroke of the internal combustion engine can be defined in short time.</p> |
