PURPOSE: A LCD(liquid crystal display) monitor with a tilt device is to fixedly place a displaying portion of the LCD monitor at a desired tilt angle and continuously maintain a tilt adjusting state of the displaying portion. CONSTITUTION: A LCD monitor with a tilt device comprises a displaying portion(2), a tilt angle(9) disposed at a bottom to support a fixing state of the displaying portion, and a tilting unit for fixing the displaying portion to the tilt angle to allow the displaying portion to be tilted at a desired angle. In the LCD monitor, the tilting unit comprises a tilt cover(6) attached to a rear cover(4) of the displaying portion, a hinge shaft(36) of which both ends are fixed to a bracket(13) at a side of the tilt cover, a gear member(38) fixedly disposed at the hinge shaft, a fixing shaft(40) of which both ends are fixed to a bracket(31) at a side of the tilt angle, a latch member rotatably mounted at the fixing shaft to be removably fitted to a recess portion of the gear member, and an elastic member coupled to the fixing shaft to elastically support the latch member. The latch member is formed into a cam(42) of which a knob is removably fitted to the recess portion of the gear member.
