PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically display a reproduced image on a television screen at application of power. SOLUTION: At application of power to an electronic album unit 10 when a power switch 20 of the electronic album unit 10 or a power on switch of a remote controller 24 is closed, an image processing circuit 34 of the electronic album unit 10 outputs an image signal for an initial display menu, and a light emitting device 38 outputs an input switching control signal to a light receiving section 16 of a television receiver 12 to allow the television receiver 12 to select an external input for its input. Upon the receipt of a power OFF control signal with the power switch 20 or a power-off switch of the remote controller 24 after being used as an electronic album, the light emitting device 38 of the electronic album unit 10 outputs a control signal to the television receiver 12 to allow the television receiver 12 to select a television input for its input. After that, the electronic album unit 10 reaches a standby state where the power is interrupted.
