<p>The system is designed to collect and record on the same time scale more than three types of physiological data from a patient with a respiratory condition. The data is a measure as a function of time of the cardiac frequency, respiratory frequency, oxygen saturation, and arterial pressure. Data from an electrocardiograph, of the variation as a function of time of thoracic, abdominal volume of the patient, muscular variation as a function of time, in particular the time variation of the sterno-cleido-mastoidians and the trapezium muscles and of the time variation of the patients diaphragm pressure.
