PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a very low speed of traveling to facilitate an operation in a narrow space such as a garage and conduct compaction along a curb. SOLUTION: A by-passed very-low-speed-travel controlling line 15 is provided in a brake control line 14, and a solenid switching valve 24 and a reducing valve 25 are provided in the control line 15, in this working vehicle provided with a torque converter, and for actuating a brake 23 via the brake control line 14 and a brake actuating line 12 by operation of a brake pedal 11.
