PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the attachment of a drive part exclusive to a paper presser and to enable the clean cutting of paper while effectively performing the pressing and cutting of paper at the same time by a simple structure. SOLUTION: An upper paper guide 13 is fixed and arranged on a chassis 11 and an edge guide 15 is attached to a lower paper guide 12 so as to be freely slid in the direction right-angled to a paper feed direction A and the lower paper guide 12 and the edge guide 15 are attached so as to be freely revolved around a guide shaft 16. An energizing means like a torsion spring energizes the lower paper guide 12 toward the upper paper guide 13. A projection 131 is provided to the upper paper guide 13 at the position approaching one end of an upper cutting slot 13a so as to protrude toward the lower paper guide 12.
