PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an adhesive into a fibrous state like a nonwoven fabric in a blind sheet wherein an adhesive layer is provided on a base material. SOLUTION: A blind sheet can be simply and cleanly bonded to a window by hand without generating air bubbles or wrinkles even if a tool such as a spatula is not used. When the blind sheet bonded to a window is looked from the outside, the difference in the reflection of light between an adhesive-applied part and a lifting part without adhesive is eliminated, and the blind sheet looks as it light is uniformly reflected and good appearance is obtained.
