PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhausting type automatic air duct extending device capable of automatically and adequately extending an air duct by following up the shield drive in an exhausting system. SOLUTION: A frictional force can be created by resisting against the static pressure of a blower between an air duct 11 and a storing capsule 2 for storage by shrinking the air duct 11, a skirt member 5 for generating a frictional force acting as a stopper is attached to an end portion 21A of an inner pipe 21 of the storing capsule 2, the diameter of the skirt member 5 is made slightly larger than the diameter of the air duct 11, and the flying out of the air duct 11 to the rear by the exhaust pressure created by the frictional force between the outer surface of the skirt member 5 and the inner surface of the air duct 11 can be prevented.
