PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress looseness in a guide shoe of a slide panel while keeping substantially constant sliding resistance, without being affected by formation precision and abraision/deformation of a guide rail and the guide shoe. SOLUTION: A guide shoe 10 for supporting a slide panel for opening and closing an opening formed in a vehicular fixed roof to be slidable with respect to a guide rail 4 provided in a fixed roof side is formed insertion-engageably with a space between a pair of guide faces 11a, 11b, opposed each other, of the guide rail 4, and outer circumferential face portions opposed each other sandwiching a center axis 9 are brought into pressure contact respectively with the pair of guide faces 11a, 11b corresponding thereto, by being tortion- energized with a spring means 14 around the center axis 9 parallel to the pair of guide faces 11a, 11b.
